Fixes

• Enemies caught inside King Netto fields will no longer shoot bullets, this used to cause terrible lag spikes.
• Timer in milliseconds is now displayed properly.
• Gem types now have been subdivided to further reduce the amount of gems that drop from a single enemy.
  • If an enemy rewards 99 points, instead of dropping 99 bronze, they'll drop 9 bronze and 9 large bronze.
  • If too many enemies died at once, hundreds of gems would spawn in a single frame, causing the CPU usage to skyrocket. This is why Lil' Nettos don't drop gems anymore, it crashed the game once.
