  • Main weapons, sub weapons, and special weapons can now be selected separately, allowing you to mix and match weapon kits.

  • Toggleable God Mode in the pause menu.
    • Having this enabled will disable your score. No cheating allowed.
  • Toggle button to display extra info from the pause menu.
  • New backgrounds.
  • A more proper settings menu.

  • New melee attack for the player: a slash that can deflect enemy bullets back at them.
  • A local storage to save high scores.
    • It's not a full-on leaderboard system but this will do just fine for now.
  • Hover text, AKA tooltips.

Changes

  • King Netto has received a few changes.
    • Now has a force field that only allows the player to enter it.
    • King Netto's bullets' travel speed have been reduced from 600 to 120.
      • Bullets now gain additional speed based on how fast King Netto is moving.
    • No longer moves during his first phase.
  • Updated UI.
  • Rage and Adrenaline are now available in both hard mode and intense mode.
  • Money drops have been redone.
  • Defeated enemies now release waves that clear away nearby bullets.
  • Buddies are now rarer on lower difficulties.
  • Enemies now have more organized bullet patterns.
  • You can now hold the escape key while on the title screen to quit the game.
  • Dash has been renamed to Teleport.
  • Teleport now slows down time before it's fully executed.
    • There is now also an option to disable this.
  • King Netto and Mother Netto spawn chance is no longer scaled by progression.
  • Level meter has been moved to the "extra info" section.
  • Overhauled the mana system.
    • After consuming all of your mana, you have to wait for it to recharge.
    • Graze mechanic still restores mana, but it also decreases time left during mana recharge.
  • Perks are now called Accessories.

Fixes

  • The leveling system now has a dedicated EXP counter instead of relying on the scoreboard counter.
  • Fixed a problem where only one or certain enemies would reward gems if more than one was defeated at the same time, and an excessive amount of EXP would be rewarded.
  • Teleport now teleports you exactly where the cursor is. This was always intended.
  • Improved targeting enemy accuracy for displaying their name and health bar.
